We are currently looking for an Account Manager / Client Success Manager to join a B2B marketing agency that works with lots of big-name tech and finance clients. You'll be working on a mix of projects across marketing strategy, media, PR, events, branding and demand generation.

As the Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for retaining, developing and growing the agency's client base in Australia. You will project manage all of the client accounts by ensuring the execution of marketing strategies, to achieve the client's marketing and brand goals. You'll be working closely with the Delivery Manager and other CSM team-mates, to deliver integrated marketing solutions - on time and within budget.

What you'll be doing:

Strategic planning & client engagement

• Developing strategies to achieve marketing and brand goals
• Reviewing client / project profitability
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Quality management:

• Reviewing project status / progress and keeping clients informed
• Final review for client work to ensure standards are met

Client relationship management:

• Being the main POC for clients - leading calls, meetings and reviews
• Presenting to prospective clients

People Management:

• Recruiting and training talent for current / emerging client needs
• Coaching and mentoring the Client Success team

Collaboration with other Business Managers

• Internally communication client briefs, requirements and feedback
• Working closely with the GM to ensure client needs are met

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of experience working in client servicing / account management in an agency or consultancy environment
• Strong experience working on integrated B2B marketing campaigns
• Deep knowledge of the full spectrum of marketing services - from digital to content
• Strong commercial acumen
• Strong planning and project management skills
