Our client is an established, founder-led luxury events and lifestyle group with operations across Singapore and Hong Kong. They partner with leading global brands, financial institutions and private clients to deliver high-end events, experiences and bespoke projects.

With ambitious plans for continued growth across Asia, they are expanding their senior team and looking for talented individuals who combine commercial thinking, exceptional client service and a strong understanding of the luxury market.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the B2B business across Singapore and Hong Kong, working closely with the CEO.
• Own P&L, commercial performance, client relationships and delivery standards.
• Drive new business and growth across luxury brands, financial institutions and UHNWI clients.
• Build, lead and develop the B2B team.

What you bring:

• 15–20 years' experience in senior events, marketing or brand roles.
• Strong background with global luxury brands, financial institutions and/or UHNW clients.
• Events agency experience/exposure and strong understanding of agency operations.
• Proven P&L ownership, business growth and senior team leadership.
• Strong existing luxury/financial network in HK and/or Singapore.
• Mandarin strongly preferred.

You're not right for the role if:

• No meaningful luxury, financial or events experience.
• No agency exposure or understanding.
• No senior client services/sales/business development experience.
• Cannot demonstrate genuine P&L ownership.
• No relevant senior network in HK/SG.
• Requires remote/hybrid working or has a pattern of very short senior tenures.
