My client is a global experiential marketing agency that delivers both physical and virtual events for a really impressive list of clients.

They are looking for a seasoned 3D Environmental Designer to create innovative and engaging experiential designs. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, exceptional collaboration skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop high-quality 3D designs that align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Collaborate with creative teams and clients, contributing to ideation and presenting design concepts
• Create mood boards, sketches, site plans, and production packages
• Oversee material selection, engineering standards, and design execution
• Lead and mentor junior staff

What you bring:

• At least 6 years of experience in 3D environmental design or similar
• Expertise in conceptual thinking, drawing, and sketching
• Strong leadership and time management skills
• Experience working with external vendors and production teams

Software Skills:

• Mandatory: AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Autodesk 3D Max, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign, PowerPoint, Keynote
• Optional: After Effects, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, Sketchup & V-Ray, and others
