Our client is a leading digital health science company with multiple offices in Asia and Europe. Their mission is to help people manage and reduce their risk of chronic diseases.
They are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to work with their sales, product, technology and design teams to create and execute marketing plans for the company and their partners. This role will be central to the marketing team over the next 6-12 months.
The main focus of the role will be working with their B2C partners, helping to create and execute marketing strategies and campaigns, to drive user acquisition and retention for their mobile apps.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing and executing user acquisition strategies to drive new users to their partners' apps
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions to acquire new and retain existing users
- Managing both online and offline marketing channels, including: social media, email, content, influencers, affiliate and paid advertising
- Developing strategies to enhance on-app user engagement and retention, through personalised messaged, in-app notifications, gamifications and loyalty programs
- Working with the tech and data science teams to analyse user data to suggest improvements
- Competitor analysis to monitor their acquisition / retention strategies and identity emerging trends
- Managing marketing budgets
What you bring:
- At least 7 years of experience in relevant marketing roles
- Experience creating and executive user acquisition campaigns
- Ideally experience working in the health sector (or finance / insurance)
- Comfortable working with both internal and external C-Suite
