Refer A Candidate

Hello! Thank you for your interest in becoming part of Melior's referral scheme.

How does it work?

• Please click on "or refer someone" below the pink "Apply for position" button
• Provide us with your details and details about the candidate
• You will then be added to our Referral Portal and we will be able to see any candidates that you've referred
• If we successfully place this candidate (in a full-time/permanent role) and they pass their probation, we will send you SGD 1,000!

Please note:

• You can refer candidates for a specific role by following the above steps on any of the roles posted on our Careers Page
• You will not be entitled to a referral fee if the candidate is already on our system (for general referrals) or if we are already in touch with the candidate (for a specific role)
