Our client is an experiential agency that specialises in delivering experiences and events for a long list of very well-known luxury and beauty brands. These have included launch parties, immersive booths at exhibitions, trips aways and much more! With their HQ in France and an office in Singapore, they work with clients across Europe and Asia.
They are now looking to hire an Event Project Manager for a 6 month maternity cover, to help with the ideation, planning and delivery of events. This role is a hybrid role, including both client and project management - so you'll get to see your work through from start to finish!
What you'll be doing:
- Participating in brainstorming sessions, to generate ideas for clients
- Creating proposals, budgets and timelines
- Creating and managing project plans
- Acting as a key liaison for clients, other team members and external vendors
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and helping to bring in new business from existing and new clients
- Overseeing the set-up and production of events, managing supplier and contractors
- Compiling post-event reports
What you bring:
- At least 4 years of event management experience
- Strong experience delivering in-person events (you haven't just worked on virtual events)
- Worked on a mix of projects, i.e. exhibitions, seminars, product launches, etc - not just one type of event
- Ideally worked on luxury brands
