Job Purpose:

  • Ensure that the periodic allocation of goods, goods of imported lots, goods of the National Trade Commission, CRM, Opening, and other orders are carried out in accordance with the requirements and deadlines prescribed by regulations.
  • Ensure Orders of Channels/Warehouses/Departments are confirmed and transferred on time.
  • Ensure a balanced and efficient inventory according to business needs & goals.

Job Responsibility:

  1. Developing a strategy and operating supply chain activities
    • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
    • Implement the strategy of building optimal inventory storage norms, appropriate goods circulation, and optimization of inventory turnover and business plans.
    • Implement the construction of an accurate forecasting system based on sales data, market trends, and customer demand to ensure reasonable supply.
    • Manage the periodic allocation/transfer of goods between channels/warehouses/points of sale to ensure accuracy, adequacy, and timeliness.
    • Manage the confirmation/processing of Wholesale Channel Orders, B2B partners, and Online Channels to ensure/meet the correct and timely purchase, coordinate goods from the Warehouse to the point of sale.
    • Coordinate with departments to evaluate the accuracy of supply plans, analyze the causes of plan deviations, and participate in plans/actions to remedy the deviations of the plan.
  2. Build an effective operation process
    • Planning the department's operating budget based on the company's business plan, managing well and effectively the use of the department's budget.
    • Develop and monitor the implementation of Supply Chain Operational Procedures, continuously evaluate and improve to optimize processes.
    • Optimize the operation process at the main stages of the Supply Department (Purchase Plan, Purchasing, Logistics, Coordination).
    • Build an accurate and timely operation reporting system based on technology to ensure that the most important operational indicators are always covered, helping to grasp immediate operational efficiency.
  3. General operation management
    • Monitor periodic activities, including managing various functions: Demand, Coordination, Import and Export, non-business purchasing, and warehouse to ensure that action plans are always on schedule.
    • Resource forecasting, recruitment planning, promotion roadmap, employee development roadmap and training plan (if any).
    • Train and train staff and ensure the capacity of the response team to realize the strategy and goals of the department.
    • Evaluate employee performance, propose rewards, and evaluate staff.
  4. Performing Other Tasks
    • Participate in company-wide projects.
    • Carry out tasks as assigned by superiors.


Job Requirements:

  • Education: Graduated from a university majoring in Economics, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Foreign language: Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
  • Computer: Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Dynamic ERP system.
  • Industry knowledge: Understanding of Cosmetics & Fashion, with extensive knowledge of commodities and market prices.
  • Professional Competencies:
    • Mastery in sourcing, planning, procuring, and controlling inventory.
    • Ability to analyze, evaluate, and provide effective management solutions for purchasing, transportation, and coordination.
    • Ability to identify market trends and propose improvements based on current operations and industry/competitor benchmarks.
    • Mastery of logistics processes and operations, including completing relevant documentation.
    • Strong skills in data analysis, processing, and reporting.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in Purchasing, Import & Export, with at least 5 years in a similar position.
  • Other Skills:
    • Careful, meticulous, sensitive to data, and possesses logical thinking.
    • Ability to work independently, proactively, and under pressure.
