Job Accountabilities:

  • Develops and implements HR strategy, vision and goals that align with and support the organizations strategy and goals.
  • Provides HR-focused expertise to business leaders when formulating and implementing the organizations strategy and goals.
  • Build & Delivery Learning & Development strategies for Leadership team aligned with company strategy
  • Approve and develop the systems and policies.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Strategy planning & execution (30%):

  • Consulting and facilitating the company strategic planning & management process
  • Planning & implementing HR strategies (talent acquisition, total rewards, compensation and benefits)
    align with the company business strategy and goals
  • Planning and controlling headcount and relevant HR costs
  • Planning and developing the HR Information System and automatic applications

2. HR Operation and Project Management (30%)

  • Directing & Consulting talent attraction and selection activities to provide the right talents sufficiently and timely
  • Directing & Consulting the total rewards activities and policies to recognize and retain the talents
  • Designing and conducting the recognition and rewards schemes, activities to motivate employees
  • Designing and implementing the employer branding activities and happy workplace
  • Consulting and guiding partners to solve employee relationship and discipline
  • Planning and consulting HR solutions for projects and Department Heads

3. Culture and People development (30%)

  • Taking part in culture & employee engagement projects of the company via influencing and being role model.
  • Developing & delivering activities to promote core values and culture in HR Division.
  • Conducting talent acquisition and selection. Coaching and developing, evaluating and rewarding staffs.
  • Setting, guiding and implementing the team and individuals goals align with the strategies of the HR Division and company
  • Finding ways to continually improve the departmental processes to improve the performance of the team.

4. Policies & Systems development (10%)

  • Designing & communicating the relevant policies.
  • Standardizing the reports and evaluating the effectiveness of HR Division
  • Apply technology into managing operation data of HR Division
  • Other tasks as assigned by line manager
