1. Marketing Strategy Development
Develop marketing strategies that reflects Marou's identity and drives growth, ensuring every idea aligns with our mission and vision.
2. Marketing Strategy Execution
Transform strategic ideas into impactful actions by implementing multi-brand marketing efforts across:
MKT Campaigns
Social Media
Digital MKT
Product Positioning
Events & PR
Partnerships
In-store communications, POSM
Visual Merchandising
3. Project Management
Take ownership of key initiatives that define how we show up in the world
- New Store Openings: Shape the customer journey with thoughtful design, aligned experiences, and powerful brand moments.
- Seasonal Products: Elevate seasonal launches through innovative campaigns that connect with customers.
- New Product Development: Create excitement for new offerings by leading the go-to-market strategy.
4. Internal Brand Communication
Collaborate with the Creative Director and Head of People to inspire and engage Marous team, ensuring the brands heartbeat is felt from within.

Technical Skills - Strong grasp of value-driven marketing tailored to the ultra-premium segment.
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, etc.).
- Experience designing and executing campaigns, PR strategies, and events.
- Strong understanding of product positioning and visual merchandising.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Leadership Skills - Visionary thinking with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward shared goals.
- Skilled in nurturing talent, promoting collaboration, and fostering accountability.
- Strong decision-making, blending creativity and business insights to drive impact.
Experience - 5+ years in marketing, preferably within retail, F&B, or premium goods sectors.
- Track record of success in crafting & implementing multi-brands marketing strategies.
