YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will be part of the Sales and Marketing team
  • You will drive sales efforts for our insect meal and insect oil products in new markets/geographies.
  • You will be instrumental to close strategic partnership with key accounts while being their main point of contact including C-Levels
  • While your focus is on business development, you must be able to maintain strong relationship with selected existing key accounts as their main point of contact.
  • Represent Entobel at fairs (both local & international) and events
  • Report directly to Sales Director, co-operate with Sales Director for volume and price forecasting, product trials, and marketing content
  • Work closely with other departments such as Production, Quality, R&D product development team.
  • Drive farm-to-fork projects (integrated value chain partnership) with the assistance of the BD team and Sustainability manager by establishing a consortium with retailers/processors/feed manufacturers and farming companies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors/Masters Degree in Animal Nutrition/Aquaculture/Veterinary Medicine/Life Sciences or Business Degree combined with an interest in Sales and Feed Ingredients.
  • At least 5-10 years experience in the animal feed/animal health industry in Asia. Aqua and/or pet food background. Experienced in feed formulation is definitely a plus
  • Experience connecting, meeting and negotiating with C-Levels
  • Strong social & management skills, high business acumen, negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English, any other language (Vietnamese, French, Dutch) is a plus.
  • Very proactive & team spirit
  • This position is open for both Vietnamese candidates and expats, with a preference for someone already based in Vietnam.
