JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Assistant to the Board of Directors, including:

    • Prepare documents, arrange, and organize regular/ad-hoc meetings for the Board of Directors (BOD) and General Shareholders Meeting (GSM) as required, ensuring the schedule runs smoothly and efficiently.
    • Translate and take minutes: Provide translation services during BOD and GSM meetings and accurately record detailed meeting minutes.
    • Monitor and report to the BOD on the progress of tasks outlined in meeting minutes, resolutions from the BOD, and GSM, ensuring compliance with the Enterprise Law, Company Charter, and BOD/GSM resolutions.
  2. Assistant to the CEO, including:

    • Manage CEO's schedule: Organize and manage the CEOs calendar and meeting schedule to ensure smooth and timely execution.
    • Organize and attend meetings: Coordinate and organize, and participate in all meetings, acting as secretary, preparing meeting documents, and providing translation services as required by the CEO (internal company meetings).
    • Coordinate and monitor work progress and projects: Coordinate, monitor, and report on the progress of tasks/projects/meeting minutes assigned by the CEO to department heads, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar position at companies with over 600 employees.

  • Education:
    Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, etc., from universities such as Foreign Trade University, University of Foreign Languages - National University, RMIT, National Economics University, or other recognized international universities.
    Proficiency in English, with the ability to translate and interpret. IELTS score of 7.0 or higher.
    Background in finance or business is preferred

  • Excellent communication, networking, and listening skills; ability to handle tasks quickly and efficiently.
    Passionate, enthusiastic, and meticulous in work.
    Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
    Proactive, independent, and capable of solving problems quickly and effectively.

  • Preferred: Candidates with experience in the retail industry.
