KEY OBJECTIVES
- Manage and develop domestic business and marketing activities to achieve the company's set revenue and profit targets.
- Develop and implement business and marketing strategies to expand market share, optimize resources, and achieve the company's set revenue and profit targets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop business and marketing strategies:
- Develop and implement an overall business strategy for domestic sales channels.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business activities, enhance brand recognition (brand marketing), and drive effective business performance (performance marketing).
- Propose business plans and policies in line with the company's strategy and objectives.
Manage and operate business and marketing activities:
- Develop and refine plans, policies, processes, regulations, and rules for business activities in line with the company's strategy and objectives.
- Supervise and coordinate daily business activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company regulations.
- Manage and develop the business and marketing team, including the directors of sales channels and the Marketing Department.
- Support and collaborate with the Marketing Department to ensure promotional and trade campaigns are effectively executed.
Manage marketing activities:
- Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, behaviors, and profiles. Analyze competitors and the domestic industry market to identify opportunities and challenges. Propose and monitor product development.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies including advertising campaigns, promotions, and communication activities. Implement and supervise marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed as planned and achieve set objectives.
- Brand management: Develop and maintain the LiveSpo brand image, ensuring consistent and appealing brand messaging. Engage with media to promote the brand and products.
- Content and communication development: Produce and manage marketing content, including articles, videos, images, and other promotional materials.
- Manage and optimize social media channels, website, and other communication platforms to enhance customer engagement.
- Customer interaction and care: Build and maintain good relationships with customers through interactive activities, events, and promotional programs. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Multi-channel pricing management: Develop and manage pricing policies for different sales channels to ensure competitiveness and optimize profits. Monitor and adjust pricing based on market factors and business strategies.
Strategic development of sales channels:
- Organize and develop domestic sales channels.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales channel directors to ensure the effectiveness of each channel.
- Evaluate and improve policies and processes to enhance the capability and performance of the sales channel directors.
Develop and maintain customer relationships:
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Effectively and promptly resolve customer and partner-related issues.
Analyze and evaluate business and marketing performance:
- Monitor and evaluate business performance through KPIs and periodic reports.
- Analyze the market, competitors, and business trends to propose solutions for improving business performance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies when necessary.
Coordinate with other departments:
- Work closely with related departments such as Operations, R&D, Production, and Finance to ensure synchronization and efficiency in business activities.
- Contribute ideas and support the development of new products and strategic projects of the company.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- At least 10 years of experience in the position of Business Director (responsible for a minimum revenue of 500 billion VND).
- Extensive knowledge of business management, marketing, market, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, including the ability to build teams and develop staff.
- Analytical, planning, and strategic business implementation skills.
