Role purpose
- Prepare the annual budget and develop scenarios for the Commercial Department within the Company to implement annual milestone KPIs based on the Company's Vision.
- Manage and oversee the Company's business operations nationwide.
Challenges
- Building a business process to ensure synchronization (Process, Sales Incentives) drives sales.
- Engaging and transforming sales staff to adopt the new service sales process according to the new plan.
- Predicting market trends and industry benchmarks to gain a competitive edge. This includes Sales strategy: Sales strategy - Pricing strategy.
Decision-making authority
- Deciding on rewards, promotions, transfers, assignments, arrangements, and dismissals of employees within the department in case of disciplinary violations.
- Being approved for the allocation of Marketing budgets to branches according to the approved plan by the Board of Directors.
Key Accountabilities
1. Budgeting:
Create the annual budget and develop scenarios for departments within the Commercial Department to implement annual milestone KPIs based on the company's Vision 2027.
2. Management, Operation and Execution
a. Management and Operation
Establishment: Building the processes, allocation of KPI targets, internal incentive policies, monitoring and evaluating work effectiveness, salary and commission regulations for employees, and customer discount reduction policies:
- Indirect support and office team
- Analysis and statistics
- Database construction and security
- Sales team
- Marketing team
b. Execution
Building organizational structure and standardizing the operation of the Commercial Department.
- Establishing the organizational structure and departmental processes within the department.
- Creating a budget to develop Trade policies.
- Reviewing and adjusting prices to align with competitive advantages.
- Collaborating with the Operations to provide committed timelines for overall process disclosure.
- Developing and implementing processes and training programs for the sales team.
- Monitoring the quality of the sales team.
- Standardizing data systems, security, and implementing control systems (CRM).
- Building and implementing post-sales customer care processes.
- Training sales teams and conducting B2B activities with branches that do not meet weekly, monthly, or quarterly revenue KPI targets.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher level of education.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as Sales Director, Commercial Director, or similar roles.
- Prefer candidates with 2 consecutive years as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) or equivalent role with management responsibility for a sales team of 200 or more personnel annual revenue exceeding 1,000 billion VND and operating in a decentralized work model.
- Candidates with experience in business management within companies or business units operating in a chain model will be given priority.
- Knowledge of building processes and operating business systems.
- Ability to propose annual business plans (Revenue targets) to the CEO and execute the implementation plan.
- Ability to develop and maintain B2B customer groups (Corporate customers).
- Understanding and knowledge of the domestic express delivery market is an advantage.
- Decisiveness in handling and allocating tasks for a dispersed workforce.
- Possessing communication, leadership, charisma, motivation, and encouragement skills to inspire employees and drive them toward achieving business goals.
- Proficiency in statistics, analysis, presentation skills, and quick calculations. Goal-oriented and results-driven (Data-driven).
- Strong commitment, integrity, responsibility, tenacity, and a "can-do" attitude.
