Start-up Lead OES

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or equivalent.

Knowledge and/or Experience

8 years' experience in gas operations including 3 years in various project development activities, i.e. commissioning and start-up.

Technical and Business Skills

Understanding of operability assurance processes, business planning, business controls, project management, environmental regulations, and safety systems.

Planning, budget management and organizational skills.

Leadership and consensus building skills.

Computer literacy including MS Office applications.

Managed projects with high emphasis on commissioning and with specific experience of starting up new facilities.

Able to work and make decisions under highly stressful conditions.
