Educational Qualification
Bachelors degree in any of the following discipline(s) - Computer Engineering & Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
Professional Experience
10+ years of experience in implementing and managing IT solutions.
5+ years of experience with implementation & support of EC Transport, Sales, Revenue modules (preferably for an LNG organization).
Recognized certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft Azure/SQL, Certified Application Support Specialist, or credentials in data visualization and reporting tools that demonstrate advanced expertise in IT service management, database technologies, application support, or data analytics are highly preferred.
Technical Skills
Expertise in application development, configuration, and implementation. Strong understanding of software design, development, and testing practices.
Skilled in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
Proficient in SQL, system integration, and working with databases.
Experience in managing IT software projects and delivering technical solutions.
Familiar with data analysis and visualization tools.
Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
