O-1610-Q - Engineering Lead (Structural)

Qualifications*

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience* 8 years of experience in Engineering roles, including 4 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including 1 year experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/sub-contractors/service/vendor personnel.
Demonstrated experience as Structural Lead in Major Capital Offshore projects.
Experience working with Oil and Gas operating companies, EPC contractors, sub-contractors and engineering consultants involved in the Oil and Gas industry.
Strong knowledge and application of international engineering standards, specifications and design.
Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, project gating system, project execution plan, risk management, change management, interface management, commissioning, and hand over
processes/procedures.
Experience managing contractors and third party vendors, in serveral phased of the projects, prefferably done a complete project from FEED to Start-up.
Experience with risk assessment approach in decision making.
Experience in technology adoption and implementation of continuous improvement.
Experience working in large scale integrated operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
SME level competency in at least one Engineering Discipline.
Experience with sour service gas and LNG facilities (for Onshore) and large Offshore Platforms / Pipelines (For Offshore).

A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English
Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.
