    • Strong Experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Service online, Business Central Case Entity
    • Experience in Power Apps
    • Experience in Reports - Advanced reporting functionalities, Power BI Online, SSRS Reports
    • Experience in SharePoint development
    • Strong Experience in the development of new custom processes/workflows/integrations end-to-end
