Role Objective
We are looking for an enthusiastic Communications Specialist to manage our external and internal communications. The role requires phenomenal communication & presentation skills. The position is responsible to establish a positive department image through effective communication, control the dissemination of information, and work with new or existing material to create visually appealing, persuasive, effective communication content.
Key Responsibilities
Develop effective communication strategies.
Establish a system to measure, evaluate, and improve Communication performance.
Manage SAP Transformation Program Communications.
Develop & Maintain Program Stakeholders Register.
Establish communication approach to meet the requirements of all Program Stakeholders.
Assist in communication of strategies/messages from senior leadership.
Develop Effective Communication Content (Templates, Documents, Presentations, Process Flows, etc.)
Organise and participate in Communication events (workshops, presentations, product launches)
Develop and update the SAP Transformation Program communication websites.
Educational Qualification
Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, or equivalent
Professional Experience & Skills
5+ years of proven experience as communications specialist or a similar role.
Experience in creating intuitive content/presentations.
Experience in copywriting and editing.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Proficient in making dynamic PowerPoint presentations.
Knowledge of photo, video-editing software and Graphic designing would be an advantage.
Having knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
Proficient command of English.
