Analytics Application Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant degree.
• Minimum of 8 years experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role, preferably within the Oil & Gas Construction Industry
• Minimum of 5 years in SQL for data manipulation and extraction
• A thorough knowledge of Data and Analytics with solid experience in interactive dashboard and reports development.
• Strong IT and coordination skills.
• Strong qualitative, quantitative analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Strong skills in Power BI, MS SQL, SharePoint, MS Office etc.
• Proficiency in:
  • Power BI development, including report & dashboard creation.
  • Data modelling and data visualization concepts.
  • Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating calculations.
  • MS Office (especially Excel).
  • ETL Tools like SSIS or Similar tools
  • ASP.NET, SharePoint, HTML, CSS, etc.
• Some experience in the following areas:
  • Reports Automation using SSRS or similar tools.
  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BusinessObjects Lumira.
  • SAP Data Services & WEBI (BusinessObjects Web Intelligence)
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Good supervisory skills.
