Job Description Highlights:
- Perform document control and information management activities for the NFXP Offshore NFW scope.
- Provide cost estimation and cost control support to the NFXP Offshore Projects.
- Supervises checking for correctness and completeness, logging and distributing documents received by transmittal from the Contractors Document Controller and other parties as required, files and maintains hard copy originals.
- Supervises the checking of 'Due Date' (if reply is required) and allocates distribution in accordance with the Projects Document Distribution Matrix (DDM).
- Supervises maintaining the transmittal log or register, and receiving, logging, and distributing correspondence received from the Contractors Document Controller. Assists in maintaining correspondence registers, distributes any other Project documents in accordance with PMT requirements and supervises maintaining the Projects electronic filing system.
- Provides visible safety leadership through active participation in the NFXP Offshore Project Safety Program.
- Demonstrates a matured comprehensive knowledge in leading development of document control, information management and reporting requirements in complicated situations that may be encountered in project execution and close-out periods.
- Able to work complex tasks to completion within time constraints of stake holders, with minimal guidance from more experienced staff; collaborate with PMTs and produce a comprehensive document with full alignment with the project team.
- Degree or similar, relevant experience can be taken if coupled with HNC/HND, other qualifications, technical or knowledge requirements may be waived through relevant work experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Significant practical knowledge. of hard copy and electronic document control and information management systems.
