Scope of work:

In Client Research there is a large number of samples being sequenced and processed. The current workflow between the sequencing lab CGL and the bioinformatics team GDSC relies on a manual notification and there is no automated tracking system for the processed samples in place. With the high data volume that GDSC receives, there is an urgent need for a sample tracking system to make sure that no sample is being missed for processing and to keep track of their metadata.
