Educational Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Architecture with proven experience in design.

Skills

• Speak, read and write English (mandatory)
• Speak, read and write Arabic (optional).
• Communication and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, tools involved in construction of buildings.
• Knowledge of different international standards, design techniques, and tools related to the discipline
• Expert knowledge in MS-Office, AutoCAD, Primavera and Ms Projects.

Experience

• Should have at least 10 years of relevant work experience in design & build projects.
• Project management experience.

Technical Competencies

• Acquainted with international standards and local authority regulations.
• Good knowledge of mechanical systems operation, sequence of operations and diagnostic tools.
• Membership with international associations such ASHREA, CIBSE, NFPA etc. is an added credential.
