IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN/ IT Help Desk

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specific responsibilities include the following:
  • IT Technical Support for Client End users. (External and external Client department locations).
  • Installation new Devices (Computer, laptops, printers. scanners. network printer etc .).
  • Support to Client users on OS, MS Office, and other application and software.
  • Installation all kind of application on pcs, ( Support and Troubleshooting).
  • Repair the Devices, formatting and troubleshooting.
  • Helping and give the information to users how solving the problem of printers,
  • internet, language, and more. If they face again same problem they can solving himself.                                                                                                          

Skills & Requirements:

  • Required candidate experience and skills/capabilities include:
  • 3-year Experience in IT Support Technician .
  • Technical writing skills.
  • Spoken language Arabic and English.
  • a good memory of how software and operating systems work.
