Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to provide clerical and administrative support to the assigned departments.
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: 2 years experience in administrative support field.
Key Accountabilities
1. Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and other administrative support as requested.
2. Assist with the development of a variety of correspondence, transcribe correspondence and distribute as
required.
3. Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists etc.
4. Managing filing system and recording information as needed
5. Schedule and plan meetings as requested.
6. Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
