RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
  • Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
  • Develops and conducts peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
  • Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options and communicating these back to the business stakeholders.
  • Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
  • Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Ability to analysis the meters data related to the billing.
  • Ability to communicate and analysis the issues related to the readings of the smart meters and suggest solutions to enhance the process.
  • Professional certification preferred in data analytics Minimum of 6-8 years experience with recognized firms.
  • Highly numerate, with developed analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Computer skills including proficiency in common word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation programs.
  • Developing Standards, Quality Management, Problem Solving, Process Improvement, Statistical Analysis, Reporting Research Results, Requirements Analysis, Financial Skills
  • preferable bi-lingual with mastery of written and spoken Arabic and English
  • Knowledge of the analytical tools i.e power bi, Altyrex .

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

  • M.Sc. in Communications and Network Engineering or Bachelors in a related field like statistics, computer science, accounting or finance.
  • A Minimum of 10 years of digital transformation and smart services
  • Governmental sector experience, not less than 3 years.
  • experience working within a fully integrated JDE Enterprise One implementation and support.
  • Good command of written English. Arabic preferred
  • Advance knowledge of MS office.
  • Excellent Project management skills
  • Experience in customer relations & management billing implementation.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Time management capabilities, analytical, negotiation and staff development skills
  • Ability to facilitate and be a team leader and must be detail oriented.
  • Account management experience.
