RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
- Develops and conducts peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
- Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options and communicating these back to the business stakeholders.
- Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
- Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ability to analysis the meters data related to the billing.
- Ability to communicate and analysis the issues related to the readings of the smart meters and suggest solutions to enhance the process.
- Professional certification preferred in data analytics Minimum of 6-8 years experience with recognized firms.
- Highly numerate, with developed analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Computer skills including proficiency in common word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation programs.
- Developing Standards, Quality Management, Problem Solving, Process Improvement, Statistical Analysis, Reporting Research Results, Requirements Analysis, Financial Skills
- preferable bi-lingual with mastery of written and spoken Arabic and English
- Knowledge of the analytical tools i.e power bi, Altyrex .
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- M.Sc. in Communications and Network Engineering or Bachelors in a related field like statistics, computer science, accounting or finance.
- A Minimum of 10 years of digital transformation and smart services
- Governmental sector experience, not less than 3 years.
- experience working within a fully integrated JDE Enterprise One implementation and support.
- Good command of written English. Arabic preferred
- Advance knowledge of MS office.
- Excellent Project management skills
- Experience in customer relations & management billing implementation.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Time management capabilities, analytical, negotiation and staff development skills
- Ability to facilitate and be a team leader and must be detail oriented.
- Account management experience.
