Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Information Systems discipline

Functions and key areas

  • Power Platform Administration, SharePoint Online, Project Online and SharePoint (on-prem)

Knowledge and/or Experience

  • At least 3+ years of experience as a Power Platform Administrator, with a strong emphasis on support functions, and proven expertise in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint).
  • Microsoft certifications preferred, particularly in Power Platform (e.g., Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint (e.g., SharePoint Administrator, SharePoint Developer).
  • Strong skills in designing and building applications using Canvas and Model-driven apps in Power Apps.
  • Experience with creating automated workflows using Power Automate.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, integration, management of data entities, and the design of business processes and business rules.
  • Experience in establishing or supporting a Center of Excellence (COE) for Power Platform.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing complex Power Apps solutions, including custom connectors and integration with external APIs.
  • Experience in developing advanced Power Automate workflows, including the use of expressions, conditional logic, and error handling.
  • Preferred knowledge of Power BI advanced features, such as DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), row-level security, and building custom dashboards and reports.
  • Experience with Power Virtual Agents, including advanced bot design, integration with Power Automate for automated workflows, and natural language processing capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services integration (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions) to extend Power Platform capabilities.
  • Experience in implementing data governance and compliance measures within Power Platform solutions.
  • Ability to create and manage environments within Power Platform, including solutions management and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with application lifecycle management (ALM) processes for Power Platform, including version control and deployment strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of Office 365, Azure App Service, and related technologies
  • Preferred experience with developing and implementing custom Copilot solutions.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint tools, workflows, and MS Lists and Forms

  • Maintain the SharePoint platform, servers, users, content, permissions, and related integrated applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues or malfunctions promptly.
  • Provide SharePoint technical support and end-user training.
  • Implement data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.
  • Monitor storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.
  • Review usage and activity reports and adjusting to ensure optimized user-experiences.
  • Keeping up to date with cloud developments and technologies
  • Maintain SharePoint Online sites and Project Online (PWA). Migrate SharePoint content using built-in functions and 3rd party tools.
  • Conversant with relevant IT national and international standards
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Demonstrated experience in IT support environment.
