Qualifications

  • BSc Engineering preferred or significant relevant experience.

Knowledge and/or Experience

  • 10 years experience in project scheduling, reporting and controls for EPC oil and gas capital projects to include Offshore pipelines and structures.
  • At least five (5) years field scheduling experience.
  • Experience of Power BI dashobaords development

Job Purpose

  • Provide planning and scheduling support to the Offshore Project.

Key Accountabilities

(Duties include but not limited to)

  • Responsible for all aspects of tender schedule, FEED and EPCI Contractors schedule development and schedule control including periodic progress measurement, schedule trends and forecasts.
  • Conduct schedule sessions with project teams for Level III and Level IV schedules.
  • Develop and review Project planning related section in ITB, Tender and provide relevant inputs .
  • Integrate plans and schedule from all packages/contractors
  • Responsible for reviewing and advising his hierarchy on Project Management of Change issues raised by Project Team and Change Orders raised by Contractors with respect to schedule implications.
  • Reviews and monitors tenders and EPCI Contractor schedules for all engineering, procurement and construction site activities (e.g., Level 3, Level 4, short-term look-ahead schedules), and ensures development of the installation and hook-up schedules.
  • Review Contractor's Construction schedule for logic, level of detail, interfaces, etc.
  • Review contractors Field Project Control Procedures to ensure that Companys requirements are met with respect to scheduling and planning.
  • Guide Contractors scheduling team for development of detailed Level IV reporting dashboards.
  • Reviews, monitors Contractors Construction Progress reports for accuracy of progress measurement.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for Fabrication, Construction, Offshore Installation, Hook-up, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities.
  • Review Contractors monthly updates for schedules and highlight deviations and significant changes to Planning team.
  • Conduct schedule what-if scenarios Fabrication, Construction, Offshore Installation, Hook-up and Commissioning activities.
  • Advises Project Management to potential schedule issues and recommends remedial actions.
  • Prepare and compile Monthly Progress report for Home Office and site activities.
  • Prepare Weekly/Monthly/ad hoc Home Office and Construction progress and other schedule analysis.
