  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Communication or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in similar Role if no educational background related to project management engineering or FM engineering.
  • Minimum 7-10 years experience preferred with related discipline education or project management.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Possess Customer service experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders, including government officials
  • Able to manage a non-office operation.
  • Understanding of technical documents and design drawings.
  • Reporting and analysis of work status.
  • Present technical arguments and standards.
  • Able to Manage major aspect of maintenance.
  • Knowledgeable and able to follow the HSSE standards and understanding the process

Responsibilities

  • Communication: to provide all stakeholders on site and the Client management with clear communication related to the daily operations, incidents, potential issues and suggested improvements.
  • To ensure the site is management based on the agreed standards and levels of services. To act as the focal point, protect the assets and interests of Client. Ensure the safety process of all activities on site.
  • Responsible for all the site activities and must be reachable 24/7. To expect longer working hours, presence after office hours and weekends, especially Saturdays.
  • Facility Management: To manage all aspect related to the facility on site with the coordination of the assigned FM company. Including auditing their tasks, process, activities and expenses.
  • Maintenance: Dailly round and activities check will be required, providing daily checklist of task completed. Raise awareness with tenants about potential maintenance tasks and ensure deliveries.
  • Soft Services: to manage the housekeeping crew on site, inspect their complete task, provide round checks, recommendations and corrective actions. Collect feedback from tenant for amelioration. Ensuring that hygiene is considered a top priority.
  • Supplies: To manage all request for supplies, ordering, deliveries and inventories. Including Stationaries, hygienic supplies, cleaning supplies, maintenance spare parts.
  • Assets: to manage the assets on site. Including a performance of 2 times per year assent count. Assets tagging and registries. Assets auditing must be performed by the CS specialist with the presence of a third-party witness.
  • To manage all requests received from the tenants. Requests must be logged and reported with updated status. To request approvals from the Management depending on the nature of each task. All tasks and services request must follow the Policies and procedures approved by Client
  • To be the point of contact on site for all potential projects, tsks or assignment. Project management process to be followed.
  • To coordinate between the tenants, contractors on site and the Security department on site.
  • To provide weekly and monthly reports to the CS manager. To update all logs on daily basis.
  • To coordinate with the HSSE department of Client to ensure that the site does comply with all the approved standards and regulated laws compliances.
  • To assist in planning and monitoring the yearly budget and expenses for the site.
  • To manage subcontractors/consultants personnel on site and provide full support.
  • To present leadership skills and good communication to the team onsite.
  • To manage multicultural/ multiethnic team with language challenges.

To provide guidance and support to all tenants and share expertise.
