- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or related discipline
- Holds any certification in Facility Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role of FM management
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Possess Customer service experience in a related field
- Able to manage a non-office operation.
- Understanding of technical documents and design drawings.
- Reporting and analysis of work status.
- Present technical arguments and standards.
- Able to Manage major aspect of maintenance.
- Able to follow HSSE standards and understand their process.
- Know how to search for information and details.
