About the job Admin Assistant
1. Role Objective
Admin Assistant provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
Duties Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Manage calendar for the Department Director
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments for Directors and Managers
- Maintain office supplies for department
- Interdepartmental and Intradepartmental coordination
. Educational Qualifications
- University Bachelor Degree or equivalent Qualifications in relevant discipline.
Advance computer literacy with good knowledge of commonly used business software applications
Experience
5-8 years experience in similar capacity
