GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE:

CLEINT HSE training process comprises of following:

  • Safety induction for CLEINT employees and contractors to work onsite using:
    1. A Multilanguage video of approx. 30 minutes duration i.e. English, Arabic, Hindi etc.
    2. A Multilanguage assessment test based on the information provided in the video.
    3. Issuance of Safety card to successful contractor and visitors. (The safety induction video recording will be provided by CLEINT)
  • Maintain Records for all CLEINT employees and contractors attending the induction sessions in day to day basis, including the assessment test sheets.
  • Delivering HSE training for Contractor on topic such as CLEINT Golden rules at work, H2S awareness, Nitrogen Awareness, Working at Height

SCOPE OF SERVICE:

The HSE instructor will deliver multi-language CLEINT HSE Induction (DVD) to CLEINT employees and contractors, HSE training for contractors including issuing of safety cards, as well as maintaining updated training records. The training material (videos, presentations, Test sheets etc.) will be provided by CLEINT. A CLEINT employee undergoes safety induction once when joining the company. A contractor undergoes safety induction at joining then once every year thereafter.

The service must be delivered five days a week, all year round except on official holidays. (With the need for replacement instructor during his leaves)

In case of need for service to be delivered on week-end or at night (as in General Shutdown days), there will be a prior notice of one day.

Deliverables:

  • Enroll and conduct safety induction of employees, contractors and visitors.
  • Invigilate, assess and mark safety induction assessment test.
  • Issuing safety cards for successful contractors.
  • Maintain updated safety induction records in database.
  • Control and maintain hard copies of assessment and attendance sheets.

Personal Attributes of the CONTRACTORs employees delivering the service:

  • Must hold at least a secondary school degree.
  • Holds a train the trainer or instructor certificate.
  • Three years HSE experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical environment is required.
  • Any formal qualification in Health & Safety is an advantage i.e. NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety etc.
  • Be able to read, write and speak in English and Hindi/Urdu.
  • Be computer literate and do possess good presentation skills.
