Recruitment Coordinator Scope of Work
- Assists in collecting the documents for pre and post-offer
- Coordinates with the internal stakeholders and candidates to schedule interviews
- Collect candidate references
- Coordinates scheduling of interviews
- Acts as a point of contact with the candidate and hiring manager throughout the mobilization/onboarding process.
- Provides candidate status updates to the hiring managers.
- Initiates, monitors, and ensures all pre-employment mobilization/onboarding processes are completed, including a background investigation, medical checks, and visa processing.
- Adheres to Clients standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies
- Adheres to and promotes Clients Values
