Job Purpose:

Coordinate the manpower planning and reporting of manpower movement, supporting well intervention division operations in all aspects of logistics and activity scheduling, to meet the company targets in the most cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest level of safety, environmental, and security compliance.


Key Job Accountabilities

  • Coordinates inspection, mobilization and demobilization of company contractor personnel, equipment and materials between companys offshore and onshore facilities and services company facilities to ensure timely and efficient job execution.
  • Coordinates with Well Intervention Division Engineers and Heads of Section to produce effective activity schedules for well work ensuring the availability of required Materials & Equipment and update in monthly basis.
  • Prepare PR and PO and ensure all bills are processed in timely manner.
  • Liaise with Division mangers to update Department & division Budget, prepare expense tracking sheet and provide comparison of budget against expenses in monthly basis.
  • Assist and provide support to Heads of operation with Planning and rescheduling manpower rotation at offshore and prepare OVRs and Boat manifest in timely manner.
  • Liaise with contractors for Planning and scheduling equipment mobilization to and from offshore by chopper or by boat, Keep a record of incoming and outgoing contracts and company material
  • Ensure QAQC of all equipment going offshore and onshore QG facilities, prepare list of equipment going offshore.
  • Co-ordinate with wellsite supervisors and provide and support all sample analysis at onshore and offshore Laboratory.
  • Provide support and facilitate personal movement form and to Raslaffan port, book logistic requirement on need basis.
  • Liaise and travel to onshore warehouse on need basis to facilitate and meet operational requirement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Business, Administration, Science, or Engineering degree.

Knowledge and/or Experience - I

  • 5 years experience in the oil and gas sector, including 3 years experience in handling materials, equipment, and logistics activities.
  • Knowledge of offshore/onshore well work operations and knowledge of Handling of Dangerous/Hazardous Goods by Air & Sea.
