About the job CRMS Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CRMS Configuration & Customization:
    • Customize and configure the CRMS system based on the organization's requirements.
    • Develop custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and fields to support business operations.
    • Maintain data integrity by managing data migration, data cleansing, and data validation processes.
  2. CRMS System Maintenance:
    • Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of the CRMS system, identifying and resolving any technical issues.
    • Perform system upgrades, patch installations, and routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
  3. System Integration:
    • Design and implement CRMS integrations with other systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and communication tools.
    • Use APIs and middleware to connect the CRMS with third-party applications.
  4. User Support:
    • Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues related to CRMS functionality.
    • Develop user guides and train employees on CRMS best practices and new features.
  5. Data Analytics & Reporting:
    • Create custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to sales, marketing, and service teams.
    • Assist in data analysis to track customer trends, sales performance, and campaign success.
  6. CRMS Strategy & Development:
    • Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and translate them into CRMS technical solutions.
    • Recommend new features and tools to improve CRMS usage and efficiency based on system capabilities and user feedback.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Technical Expertise:
    • Minimum of 10+ years experience with CRMS platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Oracle CRM.
    • Proficient in programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, SQL) and CRMS development frameworks.
    • Experience in API management and system integrations.
  2. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and develop efficient solutions.
    • Understanding of CRMS data models and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  3. Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in information technology or computer science.
