Job Purpose Statement:
We are looking for a skilled Cloud Security Specialist. The ideal candidate should have an overall of 7 years experience & relevant shall be approx. 5 years in Cloud Network Security.
Job Descriptions:
- Knowledge or understanding of:
Agile framework or scrum teamwork environment.
Cloud Networking Technology: Google, Azure, Internet Gateways (IGWs), Virtual Private Networks (VPNs),
Software Defined Networking (SDN) technology (e.g. Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI)).
Application Programming Interface (APIs) and API Gateways
- Very good understanding on Cloud Network Security concepts and fundamentals
- Experience with Public Cloud (Azure/Google cloud) on daily network security operations
- In-depth understanding of networking to include routing, switching, firewall (stateful/stateless), network monitoring and management.
- Knowledge of VPN technology and at least one of the following firewall solutions: Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/Palo Alto/Checkpoint
- Hands-on in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues and making necessary operational changes.
- Hands-on on the the Network Security Firewall Management Platforms, Cisco FTD, Cisco FMC, Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE), Fortinet, Palo Alto
- Hands-on in integrating/administration F5 Load Balancer
- Strong knowledge of LAN & WAN technologies, Network Protocols
- Working knowledge on MPLS, LDP, L2VPN & L3VPN VPNs
- Excellent knowledge of the principles of operation and configuration of LAN/WAN services: Switching, Routing, Network security, IPsec, VPN, DMVPN, DHCP, LOGGING, SNMP, RADIUS, VLAN (802.1q)
- Knowledge of various DC Architecture (DC-DR, Active-Active DC etc.)
- Good team player, Self-confident, motivated, and independent
Qualification/ Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Certifications will be preferred: Azure Cloud, Google Cloud. CCNA, CCNP Security, Palo Alto/ Cisco/ Foritnet Firewall, CCIE Security, Palo Alto, and F5
