About the job Analyst - Research Outcomes and Reporting
Responsible for the initiation and execution of Client Researchs systems and processes for disseminating information, communication within the Branch, and inter-departmental communication. The Analyst also is responsible for externships in the Research Branch, both as a result of MoU agreement with an external institution, and individual volunteers seeking experience.
The Analyst may furthermore support the Manager Research Outcomes and Reporting with other job-related duties.
Additionally, the Analyst is responsible for compiling Research success stories to be used for internal dissemination as well as external press releases (in collaboration with Communications Department).
Finally, the Analyst is integral to dissemination of Research-related information and communication (e.g. services, outcomes etc.) internally.
Communication:
- Coordinates internal Research information dissemination including newsletter, internal portal and public website. Is responsible for keeping official research information up to date.
- Compiles content and designs Research Annual Report Book.
- Aides in representing and publishing Research Success Stories through various media outlets by liaising with the Client Communications Department. Works closely with researchers and clinician scientists to collect relevant stories, data, imagery and so forth.
- Assists with compiling and editing of internal research newsletter, brochures of research services, and other similar activities.
- Periodically updates and maintains Client Research related information on the internal portal and the public website.
Education and Training:
- Acts as Research representative for the application process and hosting of externs and interns, Graduate Associate development, and higher education opportunities.
