About the job Internal Auditor (Technical)
Educational Background
o Bachelors degree in engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrument etc.).
o Masters degree in Business Administration or any other relevant additional relevant business qualification would be preferred.
Relevant Minimum Experience:
Minimum 10 years of professional experience. Resources with more experience would be preferred, especially resources with strong experience in project management and production plant performance evaluation.
Sound experience in the following areas (as relevant to the respective engineering field):
- Plant Performance Evaluation (i.e. Capacity, Production, Energy Efficiency, Equipment efficiency).
- Loss Point Analysis (Energy, Raw Materials, Production, etc.)
- Predictive, Preventive, and Planned Maintenance, including Condition Monitoring and Plant Health Services.
- Performance Monitoring and Reliability Evaluation of Plant Equipment and Machinery.
- Technical evaluation in areas such as Inventories of Catalysts, Chemicals, Equipment, Spare Parts, Plant Insurance, etc.
- Optimization of Cost Control Measures in Production, Maintenance, and Ancillary Units (including Turnarounds and planned Shutdowns).
- Project Management, Pre and Post Evaluation of realization of benefits from the implemented projects.
- Health, Safety & Environment Management (incl. Process Safety Management)
