Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Business, Science or Engineering.

Knowledge and /or Experience: 5 years relevant experience e.g., Procurement and Contracting

Subsurface Business Cost Support Analyst key accountabilities and required skills:

  1. Able to work complex tasks and complete within time constraints, with minimal guidance.
  2. Make decisions and solve problems related to a specific discipline/field. Exercises judgment in making decisions; know when to seek advice.
  3. Works in a highly dynamic team environment that has tight-deadlines, high pressure, and visibility, requiring accuracy, initiative, and the ability to multi-task as essential skills.
  4. Strong written and oral English language skills.
  5. Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point and outlook), SAP ESM/MM module to carry out related transaction in SAP accurately.
  6. Knowledge to contracts terminologies, interpret contract compensation inclusion, discounts, markups, and price adjustments, required contractual coverage to process Service Entry Sheet (SES) accurately and comprehensively.
  7. Provide cost administration support and analysis to Subsurface Group in validation and verification of Field Service Tickets into Service Entry Sheets according to contracts terms and conditions and Company policies including creating of Service Entry Sheet whenever required.
  8. Coordinate with end users and able to resolve outstanding issues related to Field Service Tickets and Service Entry Sheet.
  9. Keep effective and ethical communication with contractors for smooth resolution of issues and concerns.
  10. Provide guidance to cost administration team in interpreting contract and work order clauses to support processing of Field Service Tickets to Service Entry Sheets.
  11. Handle and address general cost administration problems, variations, and dispute issues with an appreciation of overall value-effectiveness solutions.
  12. Create reports to monitor teams progress, work analysis and KPIs.
  13. Propose and develop Processes and Procedures Prepare and provide recommendation on process optimization and enhancement.
  14. Provide financial analysis and cost stewardship support including processing of cost recoveries.
