Duty officer Hospitality

The purpose of this role is to supports the Head of Hospitality and Duty Manager for planning, organizing and maintaining the operation of an HMC facilities in relation to Hospitality services. Ensure excellent customer service and effective operation according to contractual criteria and HMC policies and procedures.

Education

Diploma in Hotel Management OR Catering OR Business Administration

Experience
