Scope of work for Performance Coordinator

Performance Management Process Oversight:

  • Administer the entire performance management cycle, including but not limited to goal setting, year-end evaluations, calibration sessions, managing probationary periods, and the execution of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Ensure the annual performance cycle starts and ends within the agreed timelines, maintaining a high level of accuracy and integrity throughout the process.

Support to HR and Other Departments:

Provide other HR team with historical performance rating records to support tasks like promotions, transfers, organizational changes, identifying training needs, and managing employee relations.

Policy Development and Compliance:

Develop, review, and update performance management policies and procedures. Ensure they are effective, up-to-date, and compliant with current laws and regulations.

Communication and Training:

  • Create and distribute communications and training materials related to performance management. This includes ensuring that all employees and managers are well-informed about the process, timelines, and expectations.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees and managers to promote best practices in performance management.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze performance data to identify trends and insights. Make informed recommendations to the management team for organizational improvements based on these insights.

Understanding of Oracle Fusion Talent Management:

Exhibit a robust understanding of Oracle Fusion Talent Management software for effective management and optimization of the performance management process, ensuring seamless integration with our HR technology infrastructure.

Skills:

  • Profound knowledge of Oracle Fusion Talent Management software and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for in-depth analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical abilities for interpreting performance data, identifying trends, and formulating insightful organizational enhancement recommendations.
  • High proficiency in Excel and the other Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of leading effective training sessions and workshops on performance management best practices.
  • A thorough understanding of current HR laws, regulations, and best practices concerning performance management, ensuring performance policy and procedure are compliant and up-to-date.
  • Significant expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, encompassing Talent Management, Goal Management, and the Performance Management lifecycle.
  • Ability to independently set up review periods, create eligibility profiles, goal plans, performance templates, performance documents, feedback templates, check-ins, and questionnaires in Oracle cloud.
