Job Purpose
- To provide interpretation, technical support, implementation and improvement of the HSE&Q systems in order to meet business objectives and expectations, using recognized international standards and regulatory requirements as minimum benchmarks.
Job Context & Major Challenge(s) - I
- Work in accordance with Company standard, International Standard, best practice ensuring Quality Management System supports Company directive.
- Work organisation and environment has complexities of a multi-cultural, multi-national, and multi venture environment.
Key Job Accountabilities - I
- Sustains and improves the Maintenance quality verification process to ensure that work activities performed by the Maintenance Department are conducted in a manner that efficiently meets the applicable Maintenance quality requirements.
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement and realigning strategies and driving efficiency in maintenance tasks to achieve operational excellence.
- Analyses and reports on Maintenance quality improvement observations to management.
- Recommends, plans and implements Maintenance quality initiatives that will improve time on tools and improve quality of service.
- Process high volumes of data, utilizing statistical analysis, and generate insight through presentations and reports.
Key Job Accountabilities - II
- Develops and stewards a communication strategy to positively influence the HSE&Q Management Systems culture to build a company-wide commitment to quality management.
- Expert in Management Systems and able to utilize quality tools to identify and drive improvements. Partners with related department to achieve improvement
- Drive quality improvement projects in other groups/ departments without direct reporting
- Leads and/or participates in multi-disciplinary audits/ Gate reviews to provide assurance
- Supports the annual internal HSE&Q assessment and ISO audit programme as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Management discipline.
- Training in the implementation and auditing of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
Knowledge and/or Experience - I
- 8 years experience within Operations or Safety within Oil and Gas industry with Safety management system experience.
- Excellent understanding of the use of current international standards for HSE&Q management systems.
