About the job INTERFACE ENGINEER - Engineering & Projects Group (Marine-Subsea)
Key Job Accountabilities
1. Acts as the focal point between the PMT and the EPCI contractor particularly for SIMOPS and Interface and Upstream Gas Planning group.
2. Participates in the development of all SIMOPs documents to ensure that all parties have a clear understanding and impact on adjacent work activities.
3. Develop and implement interface management plans to coordinate activities between engineering/Construction/contractor & operation.
4. Identify, document, and track interface points across project phases (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations).
5. Act as the main point of contact for resolving interface issues between various contractors, PMT, and Project Stakholders.
6. Identify potential interface risks and develop mitigation strategies
7. Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and industry regulations
8. Support risk assessments, change management, and impact analysis related to interface issues
9. Maintain accurate records of interface agreements, changes, and resolutions.
10. Develop interface reports and dashboards to monitor project progress.
11. Support project close-out activities by ensuring interface resolutions are documented.
