Head of Contracts and Claims Management (N-1183)

Job Description Highlights:

• Refer to the attached Job Description (JD).
• Responsible for preparing and delivering the contractual and commercial management resolutions for the EPC-1 Contract.
• Provide support to the EPC-1 Business Division Manager and Project Management for the preparation, negotiation and finalization of change orders, including disputed commercial settlements.
• Provide support to the EPC-1 Business Division Manager and Project Manager for the preparation and execution of commercial initiatives associated with the Schedule Delivery Assurance Plan.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Law or Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 12 years experience in major and complex projects environment within the oil and gas industry and large LNG Projects
• Minimum of 5 years supervising multi-discipline and multi-cultural teams and as Head of Claims Management and Contracts of large, high-CAPEX and complex Projects
