Respond promptly to inquiries and be available online as required to support project needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
4 years of experience in business analysis, project management, and project coordination.
Strong ability to work under stress and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate between stakeholders.
Proficiency in creating clear and concise summaries and status reports.
Availability to respond to inquiries and be online when needed.
