Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or HND in Hotel, Catering Management or Hospitality discipline.
  • Certified in HACCP on Food Safety & Handling.
  • 8 years previous hotel or club related experience in the catering field, including 2 years in Banquet and Event Management and at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
  • Management or supervisory experience.
  • Experience dealing with people from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English Communication.
