Business Analyst (Applications)

Job Description

Create and maintain the strategic partnership between Business needs and Technology delivery in an Agile development environment.

Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of departmental systems, processes and practices through automation and digital transformation.

Design, Develop, Implement and Maintain business applications catering to the business-user requirements in accordance with the Organizations Software development life cycle.

Design, Develop, Implement and Maintain integrations between Business applications.

Design, Develop, Implement and Maintain Web Services for Data transfer across Business applications and Business Systems.

Design, Develop, Implement and Maintain Workflows and Dashboards for corporate users.

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science or any related discipline.

At least ten-year experience in Software development

At least ten-year experience in .NET technologies (Visual Studio, ASP.Net, C#)

At least five years' experience in programming with SQL, Oracle-PLSQL Stored procedures.

Desirable to have more than five years of experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemicals domain.

Desirable to have exposure to Oil & Gas domain related applications like eSOMS, STARLIMS, Aveva Pi, IBM FileNet etc.

Desirable to have working knowledge of Crystal Reports/SAP Business Objects.

Solid understanding and working experience on Software development concepts.

Strong knowledge of IT security and controls.
Certifications like MCSD desirable.
