About the job SAP Sr. Consultant HR
Job Purpose :
SAP HCM Functional Consultant with a strong background in SAP HCM and SAP S/4HANA migrations. In this role, you will be one of the key players in ensuring the successful transition of our HR and HCM systems to the SAP S/4HANA platform. Your expertise will be pivotal in aligning our HR processes with the latest SAP technology, enhancing efficiency, and optimizing our Human Capital Management Systems
Key Responsibilities :
The consultant will need to work with the project team to carry out all the configuration/testing/training activities related to SAP HCM migration to S4HANA platform.
Carry out impact analysis of S4 and take corrective steps where required.
Setup Real time data integration of S/4 HANA with Employee Central
Setup FIORI related access and authorizations, role changes in ECC as required for S/4 HANA migration.
Manage migration of HR data, ensuring data integrity and consistency during the transition
Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within HR and HCM functions, leveraging the capabilities of SAP S/4HANA
Utilize your deep understanding of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll to provide ongoing support for HR system users and resolve any post-migration issues or challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute the migration from our current SAP landscape to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and data accuracy after migration.
Train end-users on the new SAP S/4HANA HR system and create documentation to support user adoption.
Provide ongoing support for HR system users and resolve any post-migration issues or challenges
Coordinate with business to develop and maintain learning materials.
Prepare procedural documentation such as user guides and manuals.
Education Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or its equivalent
Required Professional Qualification / Skills :
Proven experience in SAP HCM - S/4HANA migration projects, including system planning and execution.
In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules, PA, OM, Time Management, & Payroll
Experience in data migration, data cleansing, data transformation & HR ABAP.
FIORI enablement, Configuration and customization experience
Proficiency in customizing and configuring SAP S/4HANA to meet organizational HR requirements.
Experience on S4HANA-HCM and SF-Employee Central Integration activities
Excellent Hands-on experience in using Advanced Excel, Power point etc.,
Completed at least 2 full cycle end-to-end ECC - S4HANA Migrations
Excellent technical writing, presentation, and Communication skills
