Job Description

Implementing, installation of Telecom Systems and Network devices including CCTV Cameras, Video Management Solutions, Access Control Systems, Radio Systems, LAN and WAN systems, IP Telephony Systems, and wireless network, etc.

Configuration of Telecom Systems and Network devices including CCTV Cameras, Video Management Solutions, Access Control Systems, Radio Systems, LAN and WAN systems, IP Telephony Systems, and wireless network, etc.

Coordination between vendors, manufacturers, and internal departments.

Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and vendors.

Responsible for the integration of different systems as per business needs.

Responsible for maintaining and updating all documentation related to Telecom and Network systems.

Responsible for maintaining the Client  infrastructure systems as per standards.

Work on and deliver special projects with other departments and related works as and when required

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Bachelors degree in Telecommunication/Electronics or any related discipline.
At least ten years of experience in Telecommunication and Networking domain.
Desirable to have more than seven years of experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemicals domain.
Must have experience working in the Oil and Gas sector and have undergone training and/or have HSE certifications from the Oil and Gas sector for those trainings.
Certification in Networking, security preferred.
Certification in Telecommunication systems preferred.
Expert in IT Planning software's and project Management.
Strong knowledge on Cisco & Avaya IP Telephony systems.
Strong knowledge on IP CCTV Solutions including Milestone & Genetec VMS, Video Analytics solutions.
Strong knowledge on Access Control System, Attendance Systems etc.
Strong knowledge on Tetra, DMR Radio System.
Strong knowledge on LAN, WAN and Wireless Networking.
Excellent communication skills.
Certifications like CCNP, CCSP, MCSE, MCITP, MCM, MCSM, CCNA, etc., would be added value
Must have a valid Qatar Drivers license.
