Job Description
Deploy workstations as and when required for RLP and provide end-to-end desktop/laptop assistance and system support for RLP staff during the Build and Transition phases.
Assist the Analysts in deploying and configuring the IT Systems to be deployed for RLP.
Lead all activities related to Conference and Meeting Rooms set up for RLP.
Work on and deliver special projects and related works for RLP as and when required.
Qualification, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Must have excellent Windows desktop support experience with excellent communication skills.
Must have experience in working with Windows Server 2016 and newer versions.
Must have experience in remote control software.
Must be customer oriented and should have hands on experience of supporting business users for various IT services and applications.
Solid understanding and working experience of IT Service Management concepts such as SLA, Service Requests, Support Requests, Change Management, etc.
Must have experience in working on and supporting any Helpdesk ticketing solution.
Strong knowledge of IT security, controls, and network infrastructure, with some IT planning experience.
Certifications like MCSE, MCITP, MCM, MCSM; A+; HP Service Technician or equivalent.
Three or more years experience in handling various Microsoft systems and infrastructure technologies e.g., Backup, Servers, Storage, etc.
Must have experience working in the Oil and Gas sector and have undergone training and/or have HSE certifications from the Oil and Gas sector for those trainings.
Must have a valid Qatar Drivers license
