Key Job Accountabilities - I

Coordinate daily activities including site visits and daily reports to ensure compliance to the waste management plan. Engage with all Waste Management contractors to ensure consistency and high standards of operational performance among crews and provides feedback to supervisors when development needs are identified.

Conduct periodic inspections of the plant area and Company waste handling and storage facilities. Coordinate waste management operations activities related to collection, transportation, storage and disposal of waste.

Support Internal Waste Management Plans (IWMPs) associated with normal operational needs to improve environmental performance. Review and provide input to the development of environmental documentation to ensure compliance to the waste management plan.

Supervise Waste Management Technicians and coordinates daily activities on site.

Review contractor activities work scope, method statements, Job Safety Analysis (JSAs), permit to work and other documentation to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Job Accountabilities - II


Support management of Waste Management Contract related issues such as preparation of the Call-off, ITP, verification of job completion reports and invoices and accruals.

Review and compile waste inventory and disposal reports data, prepare related and verify waste disposal reports to ensure compliance.

Support turnaround planning activities and provide day to day support including day/night shift work whenever required to Turnaround (Shutdown) activities.

Prepare and deliver waste management presentations and toolbox talks to employees and contractor on environmental awareness and compliance.

Participate in technical evaluations of waste management tenders, support mobilization and onboarding of successful contractors. Implement waste management guidelines for the field locations and facilities; participates in waste facilities safety reviews.

Part B: Person Specification - Minimum Requirement
Qualifications


Completion of Secondary School Education (12 years) and technical diploma/vocational training.

Knowledge and/or Experience

3 years experience within the Oil & Gas or environment management.

Strong demonstrated knowledge of environmental and Waste Management issues.
